This week we had mid-terms in some of my classes. I didn’t have a mid-term in my winemaking class so I had an easy Monday before 3 exams in a row. On Tuesday, I had a vit methods exam and a practical in the vineyard in the afternoon. I had a sensory studies lecture on Wednesday morning and a wine tasting exam in the afternoon. For viti science, we had a lecture Thursday morning and an online mid-term that afternoon. The week ended with a winemaking practical on Friday and a sensory studies tutorial. Certainly a laid-back mid-term week considering one of my exams was wine tasting.
For the longest time I noticed this cute sweater at the campus store and I finally bought it!!! Of course I decide this when the weather starts to warm up. But at least I can wear it when I fly home since it will be winter there and when it’s winter here again.
We’ve also been monitoring our vines and the buds have started to burst and flower!!! So exciting to see the vines grow!!
To celebrate the end of our mid-term week, my friends and I went rock climbing or bouldering. It was so much fun and I haven’t rock climbed in so long. On Friday, the wine club hosted a wine tasting and my friends and I also went to that.
